As an EO, I have so many things to monitor and handle and registration system is one of the most important expects that needs constant monitoring throughout the prep stage, and I could not have done it without Ragu from Evenesis!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Evenesis as a RSVP platform has many features and strengths when it comes to handling volumes of registrations.

On a foundational level, it has all the basics sorted out. Quick, simple and strong.

However, it does have some limits when it comes to fully customising the platform to our client's needs. E.G. Colors of specific texts, background images, and embedding codes.

However, their strong support team has made the difference in ensuring that we cross the finish line smoothly.

And for that, my sincerest thanks to Anitha and Ragu for ensuring that my event went as smoothly as possible and we remain in the driver's seat of the event.

Evenesis’ system interface (UI/UX) is easy to understand for organiser to oversee the current movement of attendees, speakers and exhibitors throughout the event (SIBS 2021). It helped us tremendously in ensuring the event’s compliance to the COVID-19’s SOPs via the live view of each hall/room capacity inside the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

We had a great experience with Evenesis for Cuti-Cuti Malaysia with Confidence Conference & Exhibition. The facial recognition and virtual reality convention centre went off without a hitch.
