We had the pleasure of having Evenesis (Y-Us Sdn Bhd) as our technology sponsor for our school’s Sarong Run, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

A big thank you to Mr. Yusno for supporting our event with the Evenesis registration platform. From the initial setup until the event was over, Aiman and Mikky were absolutely amazing. They were so patient in guiding us through the platform, answering our questions and helping us whenever we got stuck.

And this is what I really appreciated — they don’t just give you the platform and leave you to figure things out yourself. Whenever an issue came up, the team was there. Quick, responsive and always willing to help. That kind of service makes a HUGE difference when you’re organising an event!

They have good relationship managers and a reliable platform. About my only comment is that their platform is due for a UI review to match current trends, and also a UX review to make some features and functions work better and more streamlined. Recentlys had and EV Car event and their Event Management System is reliable and easy to use. QR check in app was seamless and handled our event's attendee flow perfectly. Their dedicated offsite remote support Kugan, and also the onsite support Aiman also giving their proactive and professional support throughout the 4 days EV Car event. Evenesis’ system interface (UI/UX) is easy to understand for organiser to oversee the current movement of attendees, speakers and exhibitors throughout the event (SIBS 2021).
