Our Story
A Malaysian grown company founded in 2010, designed to support in-person events, virtual events, and hybrid events, now have a presence in Singapore, Indonesia, UAE, India and Hong Kong.
Our event management software, along with a seamless event registration system, is designed for corporate event planners, professional conference organizers, exhibition organizers, destination management companies, training companies and associations. It can be customized to any events and serve various clients around the world.

Our Chief Commander is a huge Marvel and Chelsea fan hails from Subang. He’s an avid reader and his favourite authors are David Baldacci and Michael Crichton. He loves rollercoasters and theme parks.
Originally hails from Penang, Anitha’s choice of drink anytime is Lipton Ice Lemon Tea. She’s probably one of the few Malaysians who have never eaten durian in her life. She’s up for a game of pool anytime but she’ll most likely to beat you even if she plays in saree!
With a cup of refreshing Tea-C Ice with less sugar, SY becomes a digital expert at the computer. While the city sleeps, SY’s mind sharpens, making strategies and solving challenges precisely with event tech and data.
Shah is from Sungai Buloh and is weirdly obsessed with the smell of his armpit. He enjoys playing basketball. Perhaps it’s easier for him to catch a sniff of his favourite scent. When asked to choose between Android or iPhone, he goes for Android.
Zaid hails from Kok Lanas, Kelantan. His favourite food is chicken rice (nasi ayam) and DOTA is his favourite video game of all time. But let’s just hope a cockroach doesn’t fly towards him while he’s gaming as he hates them.
Jon comes from Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. He’s a night owl so he’s more responsive late at night unless he’s playing Counter-Strike. Oh, for a digital guy, he’s weirdly obsessed with his handwriting.
Pahang-born Darren swaps expo booths for life’s adventures, fueled by coffee (mornings are rough) and a love for spicy hotpot. He doesn’t game, but rocks to all music and mysteriously dislikes feathers. Catch him cheering Manchester United or embracing his secret weird obsession (we won’t tell!).
Ain’s hometown is in Kedah. This K-pop lover picked sky-diving when asked to choose between that or scuba diving. A daredevil, isn’t she? But don’t make her watch horror movies. She’s terrified of them!
Azi hails from Kuala Lumpur. This Chelsea fan is quite a shopper as his favorite app at the moment is Shopee. He’s going to need a bigger space soon as he also collects the packaging boxes from the items he bought.
Ragu comes from Kuala Lumpur and is a fan of Manchester City. While he may enjoy playing Mortal Kombat 11, he’s a gentle soul who enjoys helping others. He might be extra motivated to help you out if you can buy him Nasi Briyani.
Here stands a K-Element fangirl, who cooks while singing and watching Descendants of the Sun. Back in the 90s we had Backstreet Boys, but well, she’s obsessed with Bulletproof Boys aka BTS. Fan of fast flying shuttlecock but prefers chill workflow. Surprisingly she can never stand Kimchi despite the Mukbang show addiction.
Yanny starts her day with a must-have cup of coffee, setting the perfect tone for the morning. While she’s not into games or sports, she has a soft spot for sentimental songs, which resonate with her calm and thoughtful nature. A true KL native, Yanny brings a touch of warmth and sincerity to the team.
Kugan is a Manchester United fan from Batang Kali. His favourite thing to do is aqua-scaping as he loves aquatic life. That explains why he chose scuba-diving over sky-diving.
Ipoh’s music man, Safwan, croons his way through life, from acoustic jams to reggae grooves and pulsing beats. Movie marathons (Batman & Godfather!) fuel his soul, but his weird music taste is a mystery. Catch him belting out tunes (shades optional!), but keep the bad smells away, or he might go off-key! ️✨
Naiman is from Melaka. If you’re into online multiplayer games, you can chat with him on Valorant and Apex Legends. He’s obsessed with JDM Car Culture and also have the tendency to keep things really tidy.
Amir, a native of #AsalGombak, is an avid supporter of Manchester United and a fervent enthusiast of Football Manager. Despite enduring an ACL injury, his passion for football remains unyielding. Although he harbors a profound love for nature, he finds himself at odds with it, as he constantly becomes a target for mosquitoes and other insects.
Izzati is a Manchester United supporter from Kuala Lumpur. She’s our techie who’s into romantic movies. While she enjoys her sleep, she can easily lose sleep if her brain fires up whenever she’s reminded of something during her bed time.
Hailing from Ampang, Syed is an MMA fanatic and never misses a UFC match. He loves indulging in pasta and pizza while jamming to techno and trance music. His passion for the beat and the brawl makes him an energetic presence in the team!
